Our surveyor and legal fees are recoverable from the acquiring authority
Section 3 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 and the Ryde's Scale convention mean the compensating authority normally reimburses your reasonable professional costs when a claim settles. You pay nothing up front, and nothing at all if the claim fails.
