A six-page form covering everything a claims surveyor needs to open a Part 1 claim: your details and interest in the property, the scheme and its opening date, which of the seven physical factors apply and how badly, the effect on the property, value and marketing history, and a declaration authorising us to act. It also lists the documents to send with it and confirms that the acquiring authority pays your professional fees under Ryde’s Scale.
